Erasco Rindergulasch, beef goulash in a delicious sauce with red cabbage and Spätzle noodles. This beef goulash is a traditional savoury treat with juicy diced beef in a spicy sauce, served with delicious apple red cabbage and Spätzle noodles with a hint of butter. At only 3.2% fat you can enjoy this meal with a clear conscience.

Preparation

In hot water
1. Prick the cover foil two or three times with a needle and heat the meal tray for approx. 20 minutes in a pot with hot water. Do not boil!
2. Remove the cover foil and serve the menu.

Microwave
1. Remove the cover foil.
2. Put the meal tray in the microwave and cover with a plate or a plastic cover.
3. Please follow the instructions of the microwave manufacturer.
600 watt: ca. 4.5 min,
900 watt: ca. 3.0 min.
