Question: Do you have all products in store? No. Only a few bestselling products are in stock. All other items are imported for you. Question: When will I receive my order? All orders are delivered within 30 days after receiving your payment. When your order contains only products in stock, I despatch your order the next working day after receiving your payment. Question: How can I pay? Depending on your country of residence you have different options to pay for your purchases:
Ireland - Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
United Kingdom - Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express, e-check.
All credit and debit cards are processed using PayPals secure payment servers. You can use PayPal up to 10 times before you are required to create an account with them.
You can also pay for your order by European Banktransfer. Question: Is there a minimum purchase? No. You can order as much or little as you like. Question: How much do I have to pay for shipping and handling? The shipping cost is estimated when you add items to your shopping cart and correctly calculated during the checkout.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of your packaged order.
All shipping costs consist of the postage for packets and parcels posted through Irish Post (An Post), applicable VAT and the cost for packaging material.
Shipping to the United States and Canada also includes a handling fee for all administration (Prior Notice, additional invoices, customs declaration etc.). |
