Maggi Delikatess Feine Helle Soße Holländische Art, fine white sauce a la hollandaise, is best served with vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi, leek and poultry, veal, fish and egg dishes. For 2 x 1/4 litre.

Preparation

Stir contents in 250 ml (1/4 l) boiling water (or cooking juices) with a whisk and boil for 1 min. Refine to taste. Serve with cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli, kohlrabi, leek, poultry, veal, fish and egg dishes.

Wheat flour, vegetable oil (hardened), cream powder (12%), maltodextrin, concentrated butter (8%), modified starch, rice flour, egg yolk powder (5%), iodised salt, milk protein product, whey powder, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, inosinate), flavour, spice extracts, mustard powder, yeast extract, acid citric acid.
