Meat loafs, meat balls and minced meat stuffings, quick and easily prepared with Maggi Fix & Frisch Hackbraten. Always freshly cooked with Maggi Fix!
Add fresh ingredients: 500 g minced meat, 2 tbsp oil

Preparation
for 500 g minced meat and 2 tbsp oil.
- Stir sachet contents into 125 ml (1/8 l) cold water.
- Add minced meat and mix well.
- Form meat balls or meat loaf and fry in hot oil.
Cooking time for meat loaf approx. 45 minutes.

Ingredients
Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, spice extract), wheat flour, spices (onions (11%), paprika, pepper, garlic, mustard, nutmeg, curcuma), iodised salt, vegetable oil (hardened), egg whites powder, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate, sodium guanylate, sodium inosinate), flavour (with soy), herbs. (Traces: milk, celery).
Storage
Store in dry location not above room temperature.

 It's so easy to prepare meatballs with this mix. I just add one egg and a diced onion to the mix, then it can be used for stuffed peppers, meatballs, meat loaf in puffed pastry. My alltime favourite!  by Ulrike Write Review
