We operate a system of centralised buying to minimize the postage and packaging cost per imported item. Your order is processed by us the next working day after receiving your payment. Our products are supplied to us on demand. If all ordered items are in stock, we ship your package the next working day. All other items are imported for you from Germany and are despatched the next working day upon their arrival in Ireland. If an item is not available with our supplier we will inform you by email and we will cancel that item from your order and refund you.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards. During the checkout you are redirected to PayPal for secure encrypted payments. PayPal values your privacy and does not share your credit card or personal details with us.

Estimated shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart overview. Just place the items in the desired quantity in your shopping cart. The final shipping costs are calculated during checkout and can differ from the estimates. We split up an order into packets of 2 kg if this minimises the shipping costs.
Returns
Naturally we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. During checkout you can choose between different shipping options. We always recommend selecting Registered Mail as this is insured and trackable. All claims for loss or damage in transit have to be made to the carrier. Please contact us before you return goods as we will not accept unannounced returns. It is your responsibility to ensure that approved returns are sent insured and arrive in the same condition as we sent them out to you. We only refund return postage in the case of wrongly delivered products.
Legal Statement
